Atlantic Bridge host exclusive Founders Forum in Partnership with AIB

Atlantic Bridge recently hosted an exclusive Founders Forum in partnership with AIB. The Forum enabled guests to hear how innovation is changing our world. New technologies are helping to reshape how we work and live. But it turns out, the enabling technology is the easiest part of any digital transformation journey and the hard truth is that the vast majority of digital transformation efforts fail. Building the culture and developing the capabilities to take advantage of these powerful new tools is the hardest challenge of all.

The event kicked off with a keynote (“Innovation in a Changing World”) delivered by Clare Dillon, an ex-Microsoft technology consultant, who explained the importance of considering frameworks for decision making in complex and fast paced environments. Clare covered some of the latest emerging trends that organisations are employing to increase collaboration and help deal with our complex new world. Clare's keynote was followed by breakout sessions on the topics laid out in Clare's talk including decision making in complex environments, consensus building when selling to customers and the introduction of the new “antifragility” concept.

Breakout sessions on the topics laid out in Clare's talk including decision making in complex environments, consensus building when selling to customers and the introduction of the new “antifragility” concept.

We look forward to hosting another Founders Forum in early 2020.
